Level up your fried chicken game with these Salted Egg Lollipop Chicken 🍗✨
Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and finished with an irresistibly creamy salted egg sauce.

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumettes
OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating
Cold water
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
Butter
3 cloves garlic
1 chilli padi
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 tbsp OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
Cooking cream

🥣 Method:
1. Prepare the chicken. Shape the chicken drumettes into a “lollipop” style by pushing the meat down towards one end of the bone. Set aside.
2. Prepare the batter and coating. In a mixing bowl, combine OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating with cold water to form a smooth batter. Place additional OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating in a separate bowl for coating.
3. Fry the chicken. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Dip each drumette into the batter, then coat evenly with the dry OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating. Deep-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain excess oil.
4. Prepare the salted egg sauce. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, chilli padi and curry leaves until fragrant. Add OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder and cooking cream. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve with fried chicken.
