A whisky from a distillery that no longer exists.

Matured for 25 years in first-fill American oak barrels, this rare Caperdonich delivers rich orchard fruits, honey, vanilla and gentle spice. The distillery was demolished in 2011, making every remaining bottle a piece of Scotch whisky history.

Meikle Tòir, meaning “big pursuit”, is The GlenAllachie Distillery’s bold journey into peated single malt whisky.

Crafted under the guidance of Billy Walker, Meikle Tòir uses mainland peat and long fermentation to create a sweeter, fruitier and more oak-driven style of smoke — rich, earthy and beautifully balanced.

Expect layers of sweet peat, dark chocolate, heather honey, roasted nuts, ginger spice and oak-smoked depth.
