Official Account of Kim Tee Bak Kwa 金池肉干

Kim Tee has been making traditional premium quality Bak Kwa, by hand, since 1976. With a recipe created and passed down by our grandfather, we make our bak kwa the traditional way: with charcoal ovens and stoves, to preserve the sweet and smoky flavours that have become our signature. Kim Tee’s Bak Kwa is handmade from start to finish, containing 0% preservatives, 0% meat tenderisers, 0% artificial colourings, and 100% deliciousness. It is the perfect gift for your loved ones on any occasion.

Golden Moon - so named for its golden yolk center reminiscent of a full moon, is a delicate traditional pastry with a flaky exterior encasing a rich, (not so) sweet and savoury filling of red bean paste, mochi and salted egg yolk. Buttery and aromatic, each layer melts into a satisfying contrast of textures, offering a refined taste of timeless Chinese pastry craftsmanship.
