Yesrerday marks the end of the 6 week collaboration with Taste Paradise.
First and foremost, big thank you to boss man Eldwin for giving me the opportunity to collab with Paradise Group. Thank you for believing in a home cook who is not professionally trained and has never worked in a professional kitchen. I will be forever grateful for it!
Thank you Executive Chef B Gor 师傅, and Head Chef Ah Di 师傅 for taking care of me from the very first day I stepped into the Taste Paradise’s kitchen. Thank you for your constant encouragement and assurance, my time in the kitchen was definitely made easy because of the both of you.
Also shout out to Sifang, Shayne and Alan from the Marcom team for planning, organising and making this collab a successful one, and Alex, Tracy and Michiko from the FOH team who took really good care of me.
Last but not least, thank you everyone who came and supported the collaboration with Taste Paradise! I truly appreciate it!
