We recently hosted a Dinner Experience at , , bringing together chefs, partners, and food professionals to explore the craft behind Sanchoku: 100% Australian Family Owned & Raised Beef.

The evening featured a menu highlighting award-winning Sanchoku Wagyu and Pure Wagyu, as well as Sanchoku Black Onyx and Dry-aged cuts, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Gregory Georges and Chef Simon Bell. Ricardo and James, Sanchoku’s brand representatives, were also on hand to share insights into the philosophy and approach behind the brand.

True to its name, Sanchoku sources beef direct from pristine Australian pastures, with every cut crafted with care from pasture to plate. This dedication ensures integrity, consistency, and exceptional quality — the reason chefs worldwide trust Sanchoku.

Craft, heritage and flavour came together beautifully at the elegant The St. Regis Singapore as we welcomed Torreón for a special afternoon dedicated to the world of Iberian excellence.

Rooted in Salamanca, Spain, with proud family origins in Guijuelo, Torreón has remained family-owned since 1981, growing internationally while keeping craftsmanship, control and time at the heart of every product.

With Ms. Laura García, second generation of the family, we explored what truly defines great Iberian: exceptional raw material, careful selection, remarkable marbling and natural juiciness, flavour that is intense yet elegant.

A heartfelt thank you to Angelo and Fabio for a thoughtful menu highlighting premium cuts, beautiful traditional cured sausages, and the world’s first Iberian pork pastrami, a true signature innovation.
