All of us are familiar with the "niam niam" porridge that we all used to eat as a kid when we were sick.
Ironically, our 'jjok' is one of the top favourites with the elderly here in Ang Mo Kio!

The secret to our congee is simple - time. What you enjoy in 15 mins is boiled and simmered in pork bone for more than 8 hours overnight. Topped with our homemade seasoned shallot oil, this bowl of congee will be your best bet on a cold rainy day, while you remininsce on your younger carefree times.
