Shi Wei Da Satay Bee Hoon Our Satay Bee Hoon main ingredients are Vermicelli, Beansprouts, Kang Kong, Pork Lean Meat, Pork Liver and Tau Pok. Opening Hours: 12 noon - stock last.

The highlight will be Uncle Ng's homemade Satay Sauce. Our stall are open from 130pm till stock lasts

Dear Customers,

Uncle Ng has decided to go for a minor knee operation hence our stall will be closed from 22 January to 22 February 2026. We will periodically post an update on Uncle Ng's progress on our page and WhatsApp channel. We sincerely appreciate everybody for your support in Shi Wei Da Satay Bee Hoon. The stall will still be operating in the meantime so do drop by for your satay bee hoon's craving. Otherwise, we'll see everyone after Chinese New Year! 🙏

Eh .. where is Uncle Ng?

This week my dad is taking a break and I will be cooking on behalf of our valued customers.

Fret not, I have the skills before I was "promoted" by my dad. 😄

So delighted to see friends and many familiar & regular faces at the stall and I am so honoured to be cooking for all of you!

In fact, I really salute my dad. Being a hawker is 真的好累 but Gambatte.. 💪
