Tangy grapefruit and strawberry cream cheese mousse gives way to silky roasted coconut panna cotta, a vibrant mixed berry marmalade and tender strawberry sponge, finished with a crisp layer of white chocolate feuilletine.

A familiar local flavour, reimagined for National Day. 🇸🇬

Handmade in small batches, Ardor’s Ondeh Ondeh Burnt Cheesecake weaves fragrant pandan juice into our award-winning burnt cheesecake recipe, lending it a gentle, natural earthiness.

Generous chunks of authentic gula melaka are threaded throughout, melting into dark, smoky pockets of deeply caramelised sweetness with every forkful. Finished with a soft cloud of Chantilly cream, roasted coconut crumbs and gula melaka bits for a delicate crunch against the creamy centre.

First pick-up: 6 August
