Customers always right? To me is the point of view. Other than the 3rd case which I think changing a new dish for customer if it our wrong is fine. Nothing wrong with being slow for the 4th case. 1st case not all cook the same way u like even it the same dish. U choose the stall that cook the way u like. 2nd case is words use is wrong. We use our skill to earn don't mean we are lower class than u. Summary we can't please everyone. Taste and point of view are very individual.

If you're looking for bak chor mee in the West, one good option is this 70-year-old bak chor mee originally from Hong Lim, and currently operating at Bukit Batok

I love the springy noodles that's coated with the sauces, tangy vinegar and chilli. The vinegar was strong, and ingredients flavoursome - minced meat and lean meat was porky; wanton was plump with generous fillings; fried sole fish gave them umami. The teochew dumpling soup was genuinely flavoured without the typical artifical msg taste.

The culture of street food! We went though all the transition. From my grandfather push cart days to 2nd gen moving in to hawker centre becoming a legally hawker to 3rd gen maintaining the brand and taste. I personal like a comment say by the pink shirt auntie. "Now being a hawker! She started to 摇头" hahaha...
