One we’ve been eager to share - Ledy Vins has finally arrived at Ungrafted Vines. 🍾✨

Founded by Aurélie Ledy in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Ledy Vins is her personal interpretation of Burgundy, crafting small-production wines from organically farmed vineyards. Every vintage features original artwork by a different artist, creating a unique dialogue between wine and art and making each release truly distinctive.

🍷 Bourgogne Aligoté St Vivant Abbey 2025:

Whole-bunch pressed and spontaneously fermented, this delicate Aligoté offers melon, citrus, baked bread and mineral notes, with a fresh crushed oyster shell finish.

🍷 Volnay 2023:
A delicate expression of Volnay, with cherry, ripe raspberry and sweet spice on a silky palate, framed by fine tannins.

🍷 Chambolle-Musigny 2024:
A wine of depth and structure, revealing crushed stone and mineral nuances, with a dense, refined palate and balanced finish.

🍷 La Pocra Pinot Noir 2025:
From 40-year-old vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, this fresh and luminous Pinot Noir shows fresh cherry and delicate florals on a light, supple palate.

🍷 Savigny-lès-Beaune Le Champ des Pruniers 2023 & 2024:
From old vines planted in 1955, these wines combine depth and freshness, with vivid red fruit, darker savoury notes and a refined finish.

The story of Burgundy continues — Part II 🍷✨

From the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune, discover more Burgundy producers from our Ungrafted Vines cellar.

𝗗𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗙:
A family estate in Fixin spanning 15 appellations across the Côte de Nuits. Now led by Michel Naddef, the domaine crafts age-worthy wines of precision and depth with a modern, terroir-driven approach.

𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗟 𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗙:
Bringing a modern sensibility to Côte de Nuits terroirs, Michel focuses on purity, texture and terroir expression — also producing négociant range under his own “2d1f” label.

𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗘𝗬𝗘𝗥:
Founded by Svenja and Niko in Pommard, Maison Meyer crafts honest, unfiltered, hand-made wines built for sharing — a deeply personal project with a global perspective.

𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗬:
A former journalist turned winemaker, Marthe launched her label in 2017 from her grandfather’s cellar in Meursault. Minimal intervention, 18 months in old oak — a rising star of the Côte de Beaune.

𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗧:
A four-generation grower-producer in Écueil crafting Pinot Noir-led Champagnes that balance tradition with modern precision. Certified HVE and Sustainable Viticulture.

𝗖𝗔𝗭É-𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗨𝗧:
Ten generations of winegrowing in the Marne Valley, producing elegant, finely detailed Champagnes shaped by meticulous hand work and extended lees ageing.

𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗠𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧:
A micro-producer in Vrigny making just 4,000 bottles a year. Hand-farmed and restrained in approach, resulting in pure, precise, artisanal, terroir-driven Champagne.

𝗢𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘 𝗫 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗦:
A small estate in the Val du Petit Morin led by two sisters, focused on parcel expression and a gentle, low-intervention approach that highlights freshness, minerality and clarity.

It’s Cabernet Sauvignon Day 🍷✨ On this special occasion, we have Anakota to take us deep into the heart of Knights Valley

🌋 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 – Dry, richly layered flavors saturate the palate, lifted by a pronounced minerality unique to Knights Valley.

🌿 Helena Dakota Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 – From a late September harvest, this is a bold, concentrated expression of Cabernet.

🏔 Helena Montana Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 – Power and elegance collide in this vineyard’s steep, 30-degree slopes. Black fruit, spice, and muscular tannins define the profile, with critics awarding near-perfect scores.
