A Simple Idea - To Create Something Better

When our co-founder was looking to buy bird's nest for his then pregnant wife, he realized that most of the ready-to-drink bird's nest products available were vague in their contents, nutritional value, sources and processes of their products. Simple questions like how many grams of bird's nests used or where these bird's nests were from or information o

n the cleaning process could not be answered easily. This began a journey that took our founding team from Singapore to the fields of Sitiawan, Malaysia and bird houses of Medan, Indonesia in search of how to create the best products in the industry. In 2019, The Purest Co was born to create superior products in the traditional superfoods industry, with an emphasis on raw ingredient quality, unique home-made recipes, and transparency. Our unwavering commitment to transparency, the customer experience and high-quality products are why thousands of customers worldwide trust us.

DAY 4 of 7 Lazy One-Pot Recipes: Salted Egg Prawn Porridge 🍲🦐

If you’re sick and nothing tastes good lately… this rice cooker porridge hits different 😭
Also we’re doing everything in the rice cooker so minimal effort, minimal clean-up (because who has energy for dishes??)

Comment “PORRIDGE” for the full recipe ✨

🦐 Fry prawn heads with ginger + spring onions first (this is where all the flavour is)

💧 Add 6 cups water + 1 cup chicken stock, boil then remove shells

🍚 Add 1 cup rice and cook on porridge mode

🥚 At 40 mins, stir in 1 salted egg yolk and mash it in for extra creaminess

🍤 Add prawns + salted egg whites, close lid and cook a few more mins

✨ Pair with a shot of ginseng turmeric for an extra immunity boost

No Sugar Banana Bread 🍌 All you need are some black bananas!

🍌 3 ripe bananas
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 125ml greek yogurt
🧈 100g unsalted butter
🍫 100g dark chocolate chips
🌾 170g self raising flour
🌰 40g almond powder
🥄 1 tsp cinnamon
🥄 1 tsp baking soda
🍯 1 tsp agave (only if your bananas aren’t super ripe)
