At Aqueria, the winemaker, Ralph Garcin, draws on his knowledge and intuition to work in harmony with nature, bringing out the distinctive character of the Southern Rhone from which the Château’s wines are born. The vineyards, which have risen to prestigious acclaim, are meticulously tended, while the remarkable diversity of grape varieties gives rise to expressive, individual wines defined by elegance and character.

Since 1595, the people of Aqueria have been tending the Chateau’s vineyards with passion and precision. Tavel is one of the few French appellations dedicated solely to rosé, which shapes every rule around varieties, yields and winemaking. Located on the right bank of the Rhône River directly across from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Expect intense pink to ruby‑tinged hues, not pale salmon, thanks to longer skin contact. More body, firmer minerality and a light tannic grip make Tavel taste closer to a light red than a delicate Provençal rosé.

Originally known as Tokay d’Alsace and later Tokay Pinot Gris, this grape is not related to Hungary’s Tokaji. It is, in fact, a Burgundian Pinot variety that has been cultivated in Alsace since the 17th century. The name Pinot Gris has been in general use since 2007.

Schlumberger Pinot Gris is sourced primarily from the Schimberg lieu-dit in the Guebwiller valley, where volcanic soils and a full southern exposure give the wine its distinctive character.

Situated on the dramatic slopes of Guebwiller in southern Alsace, Domaine Schlumberger’s mountainside vineyard is fully estate-grown, with wines made exclusively from its own harvest. Rising between 250 and 390 metres with steep inclines reaching 50°, the vineyard enjoys triple sun exposure and comprises four Grands Crus, with half of its 70 hectares planted on these distinctive terroirs.

Te Mata Estate is committed to environmental, social and economic sustainability through Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand (SWNZ), an industry programme that helps reduce environmental impact and resource use across vineyards and wineries.

It was among the first to be accredited, and every bottle carries the SWNZ symbol as assurance that production from vine to bottle is fully audited and accredited.

In 1995, Te Mata Estate introduced to New Zealand a superior selection of Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, the grape variety of the best wines of France’s Beaujolais region. The Estate Gamay Noir is a single vineyard wine from Te Mata Estate’s Woodthorpe Terraces vineyard. Woodthorpe Terraces is nestled between sheltering hills on elevated, free-draining, north-facing terraces in Hawke’s Bay Dartmoor Valley.

The 2025 vintage in Hawke’s Bay is widely celebrated as exceptional, with warm, dry conditions and an early harvest yielding pristine, early-ripening fruit. The reds are expressive and refined, marked by lifted aromatics, vibrant acidity, and beautifully balanced alcohol.

Pinino is a producer renowned for crafting wines that embody precision and elegance. Its style is shaped by meticulous vineyard selection, a restrained and thoughtful approach to winemaking, and a deep commitment to preserving freshness, purity, and aromatic intensity in the final wines.

Harvest typically takes place during the first half of October and is carried out entirely by hand. The grapes are handled with exceptional care to ensure they remain intact during transport to the cellar. Selection begins in the vineyard rows, where only perfectly ripe grapes are chosen for vinification. This meticulous manual sorting helps eliminate damaged or imperfect berries, resulting in wines of outstanding quality, with remarkable aromatic concentration, finesse, and balance.
