Unleashing our family's culinary legacy, we are M.A Hosanna Trading Indian Muslim Food, a humble startup with a dream to share our treasured recipes.

It all began with my grandmother, Emily Hosanna Dawson. From a young age, I found myself drawn to the kitchen, forever curious about the wonderful aroma coming from her pots and pans. My love for food was like a spark, always fueled by watching her cook, and later, by learning from my mother, a talented chef who has since retired. Together, they passed down not just recipes, but also the warmth, creativity, and joy that go into every meal. These moments with them became the heart of my love for cooking—my way of honoring their legacy and carrying forward their love of sharing food with others. I come from a family that cooks some scrumptious meals.

Uncle, a master of Biriyani, Mee, nasi goreng, and Thai seafood delights, joins forces with my auntie, the queen of curries, Rojak, and the divine Rojak dip.
