É um blend original da tradicional receita da família Meneghel. Uma bebida moderna, concebida para colocar a cachaça onde ela merece, entre as melhores bebidas do mundo e como base perfeita para excelentes coquetéis, onde

a imaginação dos bartenders é o limite. Artisanal, organic, blended, white cachaça. Produced in small batches from the south of Brazil, the result of five generations of family passion. Made from hand-cut organic sugar cane and distilled in small batches, Yaguara Cachaça is born of the latest distilling technology and five generations of artisanal know-how. It is a blend of the finest white cachaça and the traditional Meneghel family recipe. A thoroughly modern spirit, crafted to place cachaça amongst the finest white spirits in the world. A perfect base for great cocktails, limited only by the bartenders’ imagination.

Cachaça is a hugely rich category, full of discovery of woods, terroir and styles. Over the years Yaguara has strived to showcase the best of Brazil’s national Spirit. Now with the pandemic over we look forward to releasing a number of ‘Limited Editions’ to further help you discover what cachaca has to offer. We start due to popular bartender request with Yaguara Still Strength 48% abv (the highest legally allowed in cachaca) from the 2019 harvest - exactly as it comes off the still, raw, untouched and full of flavour. Tasting Notes
Consistent, bright crystal clear liquid. A complex now which is big as well as persistent, aromatic with grass notes. The mouth feel is warm, soft and balanced with subtle notes which work in harmony with each other. Ample body with good persistence

Regolamento e criteri di giudizio:

Le ricette ricevute verranno selezionate da un panel internazionale di giudici, tra cui Hamilton Lowe, co-proprietario di yaguara, e il Brand Amabassador Italia, Jimmy Bertazzoli

Verrano giudicate solo le ricette che seguono le seguenti regole:
1. minimo 40 ml. di Yaguara Organic
2. massimo 6 ingredienti
3. il drink può contenere ingredienti homemade di cui devono essere indicate le specifiche
4. il drink sarà presentato ai giudici accompagnato da un ostrica (il giorno della competition i finalisti avranno a disposizione ostriche dall’organizzazione)

Well after 4 months of entries and heats including many of London’s best bars and bartenders, the 2022 edition of Cachaca Me if You Can came to close. Some amazing efforts, recipes and quite a few new faces which we love to see. As always there can only be one winner and you will have to have earnt it when you have a judging team led by the legend that is , flanked either side by & (as well as previous round). So congratulations to who has managed to snag that seat on the plane to Brazil this November. A shout out to all the finalists who had to beat off the competition to make it through to this stage - and Robin Guiraud. Our appreciation to our hosts the for allowing us to use the wonderful setting at the and of course a MASSIVE thank you to our host for the competition this year ! One more to go in Italy in September and then its away to the birthplace of Cachaca on a sunny beach, Saúde all! 🇧🇷🛫🍸
