Biography
Locally known as Chef Amphros.. I grew up in a moderate Indonesian-Peranakan Baba family in Singapore. Raised by my mom and grandmother, I was fascinated in culinary since I was 8
years old. I began from a tiny recipe of my own which I called it Nyonya's Love. It's actually a dessert. Until today, that recipe remains with the family clan as heirloom recipe. Growing up is like creating new recipe everyday. Creativity is the key to my success today. Being brave and bold with ingredients whether it is known or unknown to me. Never once I am afraid of creating new ones for a new day. There are recipe here that you can't buy it from anywhere else. Other than being a chef, a professional nutritionist, I'm a professional fitness coach as well. As too for my passion in water sports. I am a passionate chef, of the passion I do. Nothing is impossible. You can request it and I will create it. The passion of creating something new, it's the same as achieving new goals.
