On 12 December, Bordeaux Liquid Gold and SJM Resorts, S.A. will host an exceptionally rare Château Cheval Blanc Wine Dinner at Robuchon au Dôme.

At its heart lies a vertical tasting that is almost never assembled in one room: 1947, 1982, 1990, 2004, and 2009 Château Cheval Blanc, concluding with the ethereal 1976 Château d’Yquem.

Most notably, the legendary 1947 Château Cheval Blanc will be opened and presented under the personal guidance of Mr. Pierre-Olivier Clouet, CEO of Château Cheval Blanc — a moment of true rarity, even within the world of fine wine.

An evening reserved for those who understand that some bottles, and some moments, are simply not easy to come by.

Renowned critics like Robert Parker and Neal Martin have spent their entire careers tasting the world's most exclusive bottles, but the 1961 Palmer stands completely apart.

Neil Martin even famously called it "the reason God invented wine.”

On November 21, a select few will find out exactly what he meant.

Bordeaux Liquid Gold, in an exclusive partnership with SJM Resorts, S.A., presents an evening of unparalleled rarity.

We are unlocking a historic vertical of Château Palmer, culminating in the undisputed unicorn of the 20th century: The Mythical Château Palmer 1961.

These specific bottles comes directly from the world-renowned cellars of the Hotel Lisboa.

Château Palmer CEO Thomas Duroux and his estate team dedicated days in 2005 to meticulously inspect and re-cork exactly 480 bottles of this legendary vintage.

Now, to mark this monumental occasion, Thomas Duroux will personally fly in to host the evening, returning to present this masterpiece after more than two decades.

To honor a wine of this historical weight, the evening will unfold at the 3-Michelin-starred Robuchon au Dôme.

Every course of the bespoke menu has been meticulously engineered around the glass, providing an experience that simply cannot be replicated.
