Founded in 2017, Mr Farmer started off as a humble platform working towards a clear vision of providing the Singaporean community with a source of sustainable, organic and ethical local produce. To us, "best" doesn't just refer to the quality of the produce. It also encompasses other factors including ethical concerns such as environmental sustainability, biodiversity and animal welfare as we stro

ngly believe that these factors have a cyclical effect which affects our wellbeing as well. While there is still a lack of certification and emphasis on superior animal welfare for farmed animals in Singapore, we want to bring you products only from farms that adhere to our thorough welfare and production standards. That’s why we only provide ingredients that are ethically sourced and ethically farmed. We are proud to carry produce that are in line with our vision, such as the GG French Poulet from Toh Thye San Farm, which are reared with no antibiotics and growth hormones, free roaming, and recently Certified Humane by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC), an international nonprofit certification organization dedicated to improving the lives of farm animals in food production from birth through slaughter.

Our Story

Mr Farmer is our dream! We all know the freshest is always at the wet market but we are always waking up too late, afraid of the slippery floor or fishy smell. So here we are bringing the wet market to you instead!

Upon seeing a lack of certification and emphasis for superior animal welfare for farmed animals in Singapore, Mr Farmer is started to provide the top happy meats in Sngapore with our welfare standards clearly stated in our(self evaluation assessments).

One Welfare, or the concept that the improvement of animal welfare often improves human welfare is something we believe in.
