The Best Choco Cheese Banana in Singapore
O’Braim started in 2008, selling Banana Fritters, mini wok dishes, and other malay kuehs at their Pasir Ris West Plaza Kopitiam stall (now known as Sedap Coffee Shop). Their Banana Fritters was popular and loved by many. After much planning and consideration, the team decided that it was best to bring their Banana fritters to the masses by joining trade fair events. And to make their banana fritters more appealing, they add grated cheese, condensed milk and chocolate rice (thus the name ChocoCheese Banana) on to their fritters. Thus, it became so popular, other toppings were added into the menu.
