My Baking Journal Hi there! Welcome to my little kitchen! Something just out from the oven meantime.. My passion for baking rose during my engagement in 2006.

Since young, I'm fortunate to have yummy homemade goodies (Chiffon cakes, pineapple tarts, fruit cakes,...etc) quite frequently from my aunts and friends of my father. I was fascinated by the lovely Tiered Wedding cakes from the wedding magazines, which later i found they are called Fondant. As i wasn't able to make my own cake then, i ordered from a local cakery. Soon after, i started my journey

exploring the world of bakery. :)
