Since 1983, the recipes of "Four Eyes Chef" have been passed down from my father, who was the first to establish our family’s culinary legacy. Originating from Sarawak, I decided to bring these cherished recipes to Singapore, opening my first "zhi char" stall 10 years ago at Sengkang 205D. In 2022, we expanded by opening a second outlet at 236 Upper Thomson, introducing our signature dishes to even more food lovers. Among these, our white pepper frog, porridge, salted fish curry, and BBQ grilled fish stand out as the most beloved, each dish meticulously developed to perfection. Now, as we relocate our Upper Thomson outlet to 78 Teluk Blangah, we are excited to continue this culinary journey, bringing the finest dishes from our kitchen to your table. We are honored to serve you and look forward to sharing our heritage and love for good food in our new home.
自1983年以来，“四眼仔小厨”的食谱由我父亲代代相传，他是我们家族烹饪传统的开创者。作为一名来自砂拉越的厨师，我决定将这些珍贵的食谱带到新加坡。十年前，我在盛港205D开设了第一家煮炒摊位，我们的使命一直是分享我父亲用心打造的地道风味。
2022年，我们在236 Upper Thomson开设了第二家分店，让更多的食客品尝到我们的招牌菜。其中，白胡椒田鸡、粥、咸鱼咖喱鱼和BBQ烧鱼是最受欢迎的，每一道菜都经过精心研发，达到完美的味道。
