We hereby state clearly and unequivocally that our Company is NOT ceasing business operations and remains FULLY OPERATIONAL.

Business continues as usual and we remain committed to serving our customers.

Please be advised that these individuals are not authorized by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of our Company. Any statements made by them regarding the closure, cessation, transfer or discontinuation of our business are false, misleading and unauthorized.

Customers are strongly advised not to disclose or provide any invoices, pricing information, account details, business records or other Company related documents to any unauthorized person.

Should you be approached by any individual making such representations, please refrain from providing any information and contact our Company directly through our official communication channels for verification.

We take this matter seriously and reserve all rights to take such action as may be necessary against any person involved in making false representations, misleading our customers or interfering with our business operations.
