Remember the old days, when I was working, my colleagues were my guinea pigs and now as a homemaker, my family members will have to try out my creations. ;-)
From cookies, cakes and bread, I had tried making them with different favours. Until recently, my MIL bought too much ‘Mao Shan Wang’ durians home. Besides the usually durian cake that I had made, what else can I create from them? Durian puff
s came to my mind and I found this choux pastry recipe. Together with my own creation of durian paste, the result was superb. My parents and in-laws were delighted with the puffs. Especially for my hubby, who isn’t a cake person, loves the puffs too. This brought me the idea to create different favours for my puffs, so that we can enjoy them together with family and friends.
