Looking back, Mr Thomas was one of the first few customers who supported me when I began my journey with Car Times, and I'll always remember this deal with gratitude. 🙏

Mr Thomas first contacted me through one of my Facebook posts featuring a Honda Freed. During our conversation, he shared that he had actually wanted to buy a similar car from Car Times some time earlier, but before he could even place a deposit, the vehicle had already been sold by one of our top sales consultants. After that, he decided to put his car-buying plans on hold for a while.

Perhaps it was simply meant to be. 😊

Out of the countless car listings on social media, he happened to come across mine instead. We got in touch, built a connection, and eventually I had the privilege of helping him purchase the Honda Freed.

I've always believed that in this industry, cars may be similar, but what truly makes the difference is trust. When the opportunity comes, I don't believe in hard selling—I believe in earning my customers' confidence through sincerity, honesty, and doing my best for them.

I have always believed in taking what I should take and nothing more. Looking back, I guess fate brought me and Ms Lai Lai’s family together, giving me the opportunity to assist them with the purchase of their very first car in Singapore 🙏😊

As a first-time buyer, Ms Lai Lai connected with me through my Facebook ads, and we eventually met in person to seal the deal. From the very beginning, she placed her trust in me and took my recommendation of the Honda Fit Hybrid 🚗

The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve noticed that when there is genuine trust between a customer and salesperson, things tend to work out smoothly, even if there are minor hiccups along the way.

I am sincerely grateful to Ms Lai Lai and her family for trusting me and choosing to buy their first car from me. It is a privilege to be part of such an important milestone.

I would also like to apologise for overlooking the blown headlight bulbs during the handover. Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
