SCS Dairy Singapore “Create Your Dazzle” Social Media Contest

Terms & Conditions
By entering the “Create Your Dazzle” contest (the “Contest”), participants agree to the following terms.

1. Organiser
This Contest is organised by DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd, located at

47 Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619491 (“Organiser”).

2. Eligibility
• Open to all Singapore residents aged 18 and above.
• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 01 August to 30 September 2025, 11:59 PM (SGT).

4. How to Join
To participate, entrants must:
(a) Create your own Dazzle Plate using any SCS product. (b) Post the photo or video of the Dazzle Plate on your Instagram feed or story (your profile must be public). (c) Tag and include these hashtags:
(d) Like and share the contest post. (e) Follow on Instagram and SCS Dairy Singapore on Facebook. (f) Tag at least one (1) foodie friend in the same comment. Note: Multiple entries are allowed, but only one entry per person is eligible to win.

5. Submission Criteria
• Entries must be original, created by the participant, and not generated using AI tools.
• Contents must not be offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.
• Entries must be public and include all required tags and hashtags.

6. Winner & Prize
• One (1) winner will be selected from either Instagram or Facebook, based on creativity and presentation.
• Winner will be notified via comment or direct message within 1 month of the contest closing date.
• If unresponsive within 5 days, another winner may be selected.
• Prize: KitchenAid Cordless 2.0 Hand Mixer with Battery (worth $398.90).
• Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

7. Rights & Use
By entering, participants grant DKSH the right to repost and use submitted content for promotional purposes, with credit given to the participant.

8. Other Terms

• DKSH reserves the right to amend or cancel the Contest or its terms at any time without prior notice.

White Pepper Butter Crab with SCS Butter 🦀✨ A National Day feast classic, buttery, peppery, and made for sharing over rice.

White Pepper Butter Crab
Serves: 3 to 4

Ingredients
3 mud crabs (300 to 400g each), cleaned and cut into pieces
3 tbsp SCS Salted Butter
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
40 to 50g ground white pepper (adjust to your preferred spice level)
2 inch piece ginger, thinly sliced
600ml chicken stock
2 stalks green onions, cut into 2 inch lengths
Handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped
2 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp water

Method
1. Melt SCS Salted Butter, fry garlic and ginger till fragrant.
2. Stir in white pepper, 1 to 2 minutes, don't let it burn.
3. Pour in stock, bring to a simmer.
4. Add crab, cover, simmer 10 minutes till bright orange.
5. Thicken with cornflour slurry.
6. Toss in green onions and coriander, 30 seconds.
7. Serve hot with rice or fried mantou.

Honey Butter Kaya Toast with SCS Butter 🍯🥪 Salty, sweet, and toasted till the cheese goes golden. Ready in minutes, gone even faster.

Honey Butter Kaya Toast

Ingredients
2 tbsp SCS Salted Butter, softened
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp kaya
1 tsp brown sugar
2 slices SCS Sliced Cheese
4 slices bread

Method
1. Mix butter, honey, kaya, brown sugar.
2. Slather on toast.
3. Top with SCS Sliced Cheese.
4. Air fry at 180 degrees for 6 minutes, then 200 degrees for 2 minutes, till golden.

Pandan Kaya Cake with SCS Butter 🇸🇬✨
Soft, fragrant, and made with just a rice cooker. No oven, no fuss.

Rice Cooker Pandan Butter Cake

Ingredients
60g SCS Unsalted Butter, melted
100g caster sugar
1 tsp sea salt
2 large eggs
160g self raising flour
90ml whole milk, warmed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp ground pandan leaf
45ml warm water

Method
1. Soak ground pandan leaf in warm water, 10 minutes, then sieve.
2. Grease the rice cooker pot.
3. Whisk melted butter, sugar, salt.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
5. Stir in vanilla and pandan water.
6. Fold in the flour.
7. Add warmed milk, mix till just smooth.
8. Pour in, tap out air bubbles.
9. Cook on Cake setting, 50 to 80 minutes, till a skewer comes out clean.
10. Rest 10 minutes, turn out, cool.
