so we took things into our hands and made our own crispy condiments to add that extra crunch to your yeesang 🪄

after many experiments & burning a few fingers (because of the caramel 🥲), we finally got the almost-perfect version 🫶🏻

why we want to make our own toppings? typical yeesang uses standard toppings like pokcui, fried wanton skin or fried fish skin which is pretty boring & all are deep fried so we want to introduce

1. made our own pickles instead of using the pre-made colourful sugary pickles 🥒

2. created our own special blend of aromatics-infused oil to add savoury notes & smooth texture 🍯
