Saving ~$40 on truffle pasta by cooking it at home đź‘€
Came across this truffle sauce on discount for $8.40 at Fairprice Hypermart. it says only 2 servings but I used only half a bottle for 2 servings of pasta so you can definitely stretch it for 4 servings BUT to finish within 7 days of opening.

✨Made with real truffle, It has no preservatives, no allergens and no colourings. the flavour is not bad, not too overpowering but definitely truffle.

🎉Costings:
I used whatever pasta that’s home, not ex probably around $1 for our servings.

3/4 packed of white button mushrooms at about $3.50

truffle sauce $4.20, some cheese if you want (~$2)

you don’t need anything else but if u want protein, you can add on. i was lazy and added in nuggets (~$2 for 8 pcs) hehe.

so thats about $12.70 for 2 pax or $6.35 per pax! ✨

🧑‍🍳 How to cook
1. boil pasta as usual with a pinch of salt
2. stir fry mushroom with olive oil or button, add in cooked pasta, with a bit of pasta sauce
3. add in half a bottle of pasta sauce, stir till pasta covers, add black pepper, add cheese if you like.

enjoy~
