We’re focusing on the dishes that started it all — the soulful, hearty Hakka flavours passed down through generations.

Whether it’s for a family gathering, office lunch, or a festive table, these are the dishes that comfort, connect, and carry history. Take a look at our simple catering menu for now!

Because our dishes are lovingly prepared in bulk — from stuffing yong tau foo to braising pork belly — we kindly ask for your understanding that a minimum order quantity is required. 🙏

This also means we may not be able to take on all orders, especially smaller or last-minute requests, as we want to minimise food waste and maintain our quality.

It’s been a crazy (but fulfilling) month for Aunty Siam! 🙏💛

1️⃣ Our weekends have been fully booked with catering orders — thank you for all the love!
2️⃣ Our first batch of chilli & sambal is officially sold out 🌶️🔥
3️⃣ We also brought Aunty Siam’s flavours to Tampines for an intimate gathering with our friends 🏠🍲

We’re beyond grateful for your support — and we’d also like to say sorry to those whose orders we couldn’t take. 🙇‍♀️
Because Hakka food is lovingly handmade and prepared in bulk, we require a minimum order to make it work. Otherwise, food and effort may go to waste 💔

But here’s the good news — we’ve shifted to focus more on our traditional Hakka dishes 🇨🇳✨

What a wild weekend it’s been! 🌧️💨
The rain didn’t stop the crowd — and neither did our steamy pots!

We sold out our overnight-cooked 梅菜扣肉包 (Preserved Veg Pork Belly Buns) — so soft it melts in your mouth. 😮‍💨✨
Our Hakka Fried Pork (南乳炸猪肉) is flying off the racks too — crispy, bold, and almost gone!
And our 客家酿豆腐 (Yong Tau Foo) has been a hit with families — especially with the seniors who say, “tastes like home.”

We’re here daily from 4PM to 11PM (or until sold out!) at Booth F40 in the Meatmen Zone at GastroBeats 2025.
