Using our very own roasted coffee beans. We’ve come up with a decadent new flourless dessert. Introducing Moka ☕️🍫

Flourless chocolate sponge, filled with velvety espresso milk chocolate cream. Coated with a decorative whipped coffee ganache. And at the heart, a fine layer of salted caramel with cocoa nibs.

Every component prepared in-house. Made with valrhona bahibe chocolate 🍫 and single origin espresso ☕️

It’s been a month since Valentine’s Day and MADU sheds its red for white and gold for White Day.

Filled with a luscious orange blossom and chestnut honey caramel above a layer of crunchy cornflakes base. Topped with 🍋‍🟩 yuzu horlicks mousse. A combination reminiscent of the bitter-sweetness of love❤️‍🩹.

Unlike love though, it’s limited quantity.

As we say goodbye to our rainy Singaporean winter, it’s time for us to welcome our seasonal special for Spring. CHUN 🍓

Korean strawberries, with ginger sponge cake and slices of ginger torch flower. Embedded under a layer of silking smooth cream cheese cream, all in our crunchy tart shell.

Available till April, probably.

For the first time, MADU 🍯, has dressed up for the special occasion of Valentine’s Day ❤️

It now dons a new red chocolate coat, filled with earl grey horlicks mousse that encases a layer of raspberry and orange flower honey caramel atop a cornflakes crumble base.

Only available for the month of February and perhaps, the first few days of March. While stocks last.

Every component made in-house. It is an egg-less recipe but may contain traces of eggs.

Made with flourless chocolate sponge cake, and filled generously with chestnut cream with poached pears 🏹🍐. (No, these pears are farmed and not hunted illegally)

Slithering into our menu is our Spiced Pineapple Madeleines. Made with home-made spiced mix and using, ahem, premium french 82% fat butter, and filled with a proportionally generous amount of aromatic caramelised pineapple paste!
