Mixture:

I never thought I could make mixture at home. I always believed it was something that could only be bought from a shop. Today, I successfully made it at home! A big thank you to my sister, Jayachechi, for teaching me how to make it.

Really enjoyed making Kumbilappam today. It is one of my all-time favorite traditional treats. I still remember my childhood days when I would go to my Perammaโ€™s (auntโ€™s) house to pluck vazhanayila (banana leaves) for making this delicious and special delicacy. Those memories make it even more meaningful. Today, I am truly happy to add Kumbilappam to the Sizzle & Slice menu and share this authentic taste with all of you. โค๏ธ
