We were delighted to welcome Mr Sylvain Potin, Winemaker and Estate Manager at Clau de Nell, for a series of intimate engagements. From a refined
wine dinner at The American Club The American Club, Singapore to an in depth Masterclass at LE Wine, the enthusiasm of Singaporeโ€™s wine community was truly appreciated.

The wines shone throughout the week, particularly the poised and textured Chenin Blanc 2021 and the distinctive, expressive Grolleau - both eloquent reflections of the Clau de Nell terroir and its biodynamic approach.

Step through the gates into the pebbled courtyard at Domaine Dugat-Py, and time slows. Here, winemaking is measured in seasons, not seconds. Cause and effect span generations.

Since the early 17th century, the Dugat family has tended vines in Gevrey-Chambertin. Today, Loรฏc Dugat carries this legacy as the 13th generationโ€”quietly confident, deeply humble, and custodian of four of the village's most prestigious grands crus, including vines over a century old.

The 2024 season tested even the most seasoned growers, yet Loรฏc navigated it with characteristic grace. The result? Wines of remarkable depth and elegance that honour both the challenges faced and the heritage behind them.

The 2017 and 2018 wines set the benchmarkโ€”2024 continues that ascent.

For the first time, Antonin, son of Jean Marc, is hosting events for Corney & Barrow Singapore to present the wines of Domaine Jean Marc Pillot. Jean Marc is regarded as a benchmark in Chassagne Montrachet.

We love the lean, fresh, and complex style of Jean-Marc Pillotโ€™s wines. The estate spans nearly 15 hectares, with white wine production dominant, while almost half the holdings are planted with Pinot Noir - uncommon in Chassagne-Montrachet. Many vines range from 25 to 50 years old, with some premier crus featuring vines around 90 years of age.
