Seasons Greetings with these S**a S**a mini Jamaican beef patties! 🎄🎅🏾🇯🇲

1️⃣We marinated ground beef with S**a S**a Sauce, salt and pepper.

2️⃣Fried up with garlic and onions, scotch bonnet peppers (habaneros work too!), added bread crumbs and filled up each pastry pocket with this delicious mix.

3️⃣Medium heat in the oven 180C for 20 min and you have yourself a delicious seasonal snack to share with the whole family.

We commonly hear about Jerk Chicken, but jerk seasoning being so versatile, we also have Jerk BBQ Pork Ribs and Jerk Stingray on our menu.

Jerk BBQ Pork Rib (1/2 rack)
A half rack of smokey goodness, served with a side of slaw and rice & peas croquettes.

Jerk Stingray
Marinated in jerk marinade for 24 hours, smoked over the grill, served with a pineapple salsa, salad, rice & peas. Smokey, sweet, fiery, fruity.
