Here's something we found interesting.

Some recent studies suggest durian pulp contains naturally occurring antioxidants and compounds that researchers are exploring for their potential role in supporting brain health and memory. It's still early research, but it's another reminder that there's more to this fruit than its unmistakable flavour.

Of course, we'll still be eating it because it tastes good. 😉

One thing we’ve learnt about durian is this: nature doesn’t do perfect consistency.

Even within the same batch, there will always be variations. So the only way is… to be stricter on selection.

We filter more. We reject more. And we’re constantly refining the process to make every Spike box as consistent as possible.

The latest Pahang harvest has arrived! So we’re back to tasting. Back to flavour profiling. Back to fresh-locking every batch at its peak before the journey to Singapore.
