A good wine that you can call it your own, and would want to build up a collection and cellar it, that discovery is very precious. We wish to share our passion and extend the merry to you. We have carefully selected fine wine which we are able to source with reasonable cost and bringing them to you at value price. We will not do mass bang wines just so for business. Château Ausone, the famous Saint-Émilion winery that is supposedly named after a Roman poet who lived in the estate in the 4th century! With a tendency to use majority Cabernet Franc, the wine is known for its exceptional balance, perfume and elegance. The finish is famously long and savoury.

A re-branding from the former Oenothèque to focus on the evolution of the Champagne, P3 spends a minimum of about 25 to 40 years resting on its lees in the cellars before being disgorged and released. From the high altitude "punk" region located between Burgundy and Switzerland, Jura is a bastion for natural winemakers who prioritise biodiversity and zero intervention methods over commercial appeal. The Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulanger project is part of the new wave of Jura producers whose bottles are increasingly hard to find and often mentioned in the same breath as Ganevat or Overnoy. Some of their white cuvées are aged in old barrels for nearly a decade before release. These are pure juice wines that are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
