[Goodbye 2025 Hello 2026]
Happy New Year friends....
Stepping into 2026 with joy, great hope, enthusiasm and deep gratitude.
Truly thankful for all the support our guests have showered us with in 2025.
Kochabi Kitchen is special to us and we hope to make it special for everyone who steps into our kitchen.
Come for the food, stay for the experience, be back again as friends.
As many of you know, we will be away for the month of Feb to cook in the snowy mountains of Niseko.
We will be back in March inspired and armed with a brand new menu to kick start Q2 2026.
Although we will be spending time in Japan, our new menu will still be rooted in Straits South East Asian cuisine. That's where our hearts lie. And truth be told, Japanese cuisine is best left in the hands of masters who dedicate decades of their lives to mastering their craft. While we do what we do best, authentic and true to what we love.
For those who have tables in Jan, we see you very soon.
March dates will open at the end of January 2026. Actual date and time will be posted on IG stories closer to date.
We hope to feed you all again in March and beyond. Please don't forget us and don't be strangers.
