At the end of summer term, I ran a 3 day cooking class at my workplace.

I taught some of the yr7, 8 and 9's students 7 different South Asian recipes, the recipes they learnt were:

Vegetable pastries
Red sauce
Vegetable biryani
Cucumber raita
Chana masala
Kheer (creamy rice pudding)
Mocktail

They all tried different types of South Asian snacks, drinks and fruit. All the students worked really hard and were very quick learners, I was grateful for this opportunity 😊
