Complex of technological achievements and requirements begins of course at the source, which in this case is production. Producers which are authorized to prepare fruit for DERBY® brand are all the time under extremely strict quality control of the offered fruit. The fruit is under regular control, already in the plantations. Preventive protection is being perform
ed manually or from the air, by our own specialized airplanes. From the process of fruit “cutting” or collecting, through transport to the packing houses to the packing into DERBY carton boxes, all is done manually by employees with years of experience. Every piece of fruit goes through a precise control, where any eventual damage is discovered and such a fruit excluded from further process. Before the loading the fruit goes also through the final control, performed for us by internationally recognized quality control company – Trust Control International. By principle of sampling, complete shipment goes not only quality but also quantity verification.
