🌏 FHA Singapore 2026
Pretekle dni smo obiskali enega največjih sejmov v panogi – FHA (Food & Hospitality Asia) v Singapurju.
Gre za vodilni azijski dogodek na področju gostinstva, prehrane in profesionalne opreme, ki je letos potekal med 21. in 24. aprilom 2026 v Singapore EXPO. Sejem združuje več kot 80.000 obiskovalcev in približno 2.700 razstavljavcev iz več kot 100 držav, razporejenih v kar 10 razstavnih halah.
FHA povezuje dva ključna segmenta – Food & Beverage ter HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, catering) in ponuja celovit vpogled v industrijo:
🔹 hrana in pijača, specialty coffee & tea, seafood, halal segment
🔹 profesionalna kuhinjska oprema in hospitality tehnologije
🔹 food-tech inovacije in trajnostne rešitve
Dogodek vključuje tudi strokovne konference, kulinarična tekmovanja in poslovna srečanja, kjer se srečujejo vodilni strokovnjaki, distributerji in ponudniki iz celega sveta.
Poseben poudarek letošnjega sejma je bil na trajnosti, zdravih prehranskih trendih in alternativnih virih hrane, kar jasno kaže smer razvoja celotne industrije.

Over the past few days, we visited one of the largest trade fairs in the industry – FHA (Food & Hospitality Asia) in Singapore.
It is Asia’s leading event for hospitality, foodservice, and professional equipment, held this year from 21 to 24 April 2026 at Singapore EXPO. The fair brings together more than 80,000 visitors and around 2,700 exhibitors from over 100 countries, spread across 10 exhibition halls.
FHA connects two key segments – Food & Beverage and HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, catering) – offering a comprehensive insight into the industry:
🔹 food and beverage, specialty coffee & tea, seafood, and halal segment
🔹 professional kitchen equipment and hospitality technologies
🔹 food-tech innovations and sustainable solutions
The event also includes expert conferences, culinary competitions, and business meetings, bringing together leading professionals, distributors, and suppliers from around the world.
A strong focus this year was placed on sustainability, healthy food trends, and alternative food sources – clearly showing the direction in which the industry is moving.
