Spoznajte še četrtega barmena 7. edicije The Craft Clash!
Predstavljamo vam Gregorja Gulda, ki je za šank prvič stopil kot študent med poletnim delom – in hitro ugotovil, da ga svet koktajlov zanima precej bolj, kot je sprva pričakoval. Več znanja in izkušenj je nabral v restavraciji Jaz by Ana Roš, kjer je spoznal, koliko razmisleka in kreativnosti se v resnici skriva za dobrim koktajlom.
Danes Grega največ dela na cateringih, ob tem pa rad raziskuje nove okuse, eksperimentira in razvija lastne ideje.
Čeprav se je nekoliko odmaknil od vsakodnevnega dela za šankom, ga še vedno najbolj privlači neposreden stik z gosti in energija bara. Dober koktajl zanj ni le pijača, temveč priložnost za pogovor, predstavitev ideje in ustvarjanje nepozabne izkušnje.

Meet the fourth bartender of The Craft Clash! Ed. 07!
Introducing Grega Guld, who first stepped behind the bar as a student during a summer job—and quickly realized the world of cocktails interested him far more than he expected. He gained further knowledge and experience at the restaurant Jaz by Ana Roš, where he discovered just how much thought and creativity go into making a truly great cocktail.
Today, Grega works mostly in catering, while still loving to explore new flavors, experiment, and develop his own ideas. He also showcases his cocktails at his home bar, where the more intimate setting lets him give each guest more attention and create an experience built on conversation, hospitality, and a personal touch.
Although he's stepped back a bit from daily bar work, what still draws him in most is direct connection with guests and the energy of the bar itself. For Grega, a great cocktail isn't just a drink—it's a chance for conversation, a way to share an idea, and a moment to create something unforgettable.
