Četrti barman 6. edicije je mojster, ki je svojo pot začel z opazovanjem magije za šankom na poroki. 🤵✨
Vse se je začelo že pri malih nogah, ko je Timotejeva radovednost hitro prerasla v strast, ki jo je kasneje pilil skozi srednjo in višjo šolo za gostinstvo in turizem. Medalje s tekmovanj so le potrditev njegovega znanja, prave izkušnje pa je nabiral tam, kjer šteje največ — v hotelih, restavracijah, barih in na cocktail cateringih. Skozi leta so te izkušnje izoblikovale njegov jasen pristop: bistvo niso le odlični koktejli, temveč prava atmosfera in nepozabna izkušnja za vsakega gosta. 🤝🍹

Tretji barman 6. edicije je Ionuţ-Daniel, umetnik, ki je slikarsko platno zamenjal za barski pult.
Spoznajte solastnika in vodjo romunskega bara Oddity . Njegova pot se je začela v mestu Iași v Romuniji, kjer je prvotno študiral umetnost, a ga je hitro premamila energija mestnih barov – fascinirala sta ga kreativnost in močna človeška povezanost, ki jo nudi gostinstvo. Okoli leta 2015 je sprejel odločitev za prelom v karieri in stopil za bar, kar mu je popolnoma spremenilo življenjsko pot.
Le dve leti kasneje je Ionuţ-Daniel postal del projekta, iz katerega je zrasel Oddity, prvi namenski cocktail bar v mestu Iași. Skozi nenehno učenje, tekmovanja in gostovanja so Oddity postavili na zemljevid referenčnih romunskih cocktail barov. Danes bar vodi pri čemer se ne osredotoča le na vrhunske cocktaile, temveč na razvoj ekipe, kulturo gostoljubja in ustvarjanje pomembnih izkušenj za goste.

The third bartender of the 6th edition is Ionuţ-Daniel an artist who swapped the canvas for the bar counter.
He is the co-owner and manager of Romania’s Oddity . His journey began in Iași, Romania, where he originally studied art but was quickly captivated by the energy of the city's bars—fascinated by the creativity and strong human connection that hospitality provides. Around 2015, he decided to make a career shift and stepped behind the bar, a move that completely changed his life path.
Only two years later, Ionuţ-Daniel became part of the project that grew into Oddity, the first dedicated cocktail bar in Iași. Through constant learning, competitions, and guest shifts, they put Oddity on the map as a reference for Romanian cocktail bars. Today, he manages the bar, focusing not only on premium cocktails but also on team development, hospitality culture, and creating meaningful experiences for guests.

Spoznajte Serbana, ki že skoraj devet let soustvarja utrip gostinstva, zadnjih pet pa kraljuje za šankom bara Oddity . Kar se je začelo kot preprost način za hiter zaslužek, je hitro preraslo v njegovo največjo strast in življenjski poklic. Serban naravnost obožuje ustvarjanje nenavadnih cocktailov in nenehno eksperimentira z novimi tehnikami, s katerimi svoje kreacije dviguje na višji nivo. Njegov zaščitni znak? Prvi barman 6. edicije je popotnik, ki je danes obraz svetovnih znamk.

Andriijevi .obets začetki so v beach baru, kjer je v plastičnih lončkih nosil pivo žejnim turistom. Tam je preskočila prva iskra, ki ga je od peska odpeljala v učilnice BIC Ljubljana. Strast do koktejlov je postala resna — še zdaj se spomni tekmovanj, kjer je bilo treba vsako steklenico predstaviti kot sveti gral, tista servirna krpa pa ni smela zdrsniti niti za milimeter. Svojo pot je klesal v rooftop B-Baru v Intercontinentalu, kjer je z mentorjem ustvarjal konceptualne menije. Danes Andriija najdete v Vrtu Beli Volk, kjer skrbi za vrhunske kave in koktejle, hkrati pa je Rum Ambassador na področju miksologije.

Andrii’s .obets journey began at a beach bar, serving beer in plastic cups to thirsty tourists. That’s where the first spark ignited, leading him from the sand to the classrooms of BIC Ljubljana. His passion for cocktails became serious—he still remembers competitions where every bottle had to be presented like a holy relic, and that service napkin couldn't slip even a millimeter. He carved his path at the rooftop B-Bar in the Intercontinental, creating conceptual menus with his mentor Today, you can find Andrii at Vrt Beli Volk, taking care of top-tier coffee and cocktails, while also serving as a Rum Ambassador for mixology
