Wines are driven by the core values of passion, hard work and dedication to quality. Wir möchten Ihnen gerne einen kleinen Einblick in die Geschichte unseres Weinguts geben. In den 1930er Jahren arbeitete Martin Puklavec bei einer lokalen Winzergenossenschaft in Ljutomer-Ormož. Er ergriff die Initiative und sorgte dafür, dass sich diese Region zu einem der besten Weinanbaugebiete der Welt entwicke

lte. Später, in den 40er Jahren, war er die treibende Kraft hinter dem Bau des imposanten Kellers. Auch in der Gegenwart ist die Familie Puklavec die treibende Kraft eines neuen Frühlings. Seit 2009 wird die Genossenschaft von der Familie geführt. Gemeinsam mit unseren Genossenschaftswinzern arbeiten wir hart an der Optimierung der Weinberge und der Qualität der Gomila-Weine. Es geht um die Natur und das fachliche Können. Doch wir nutzen auch die Möglichkeiten der modernen Technik. In dieser Kombination erzeugen wir diese hervorragenden Weine, und wir geben unser Bestes, dies mit Ihnen gemeinsam zu genießen. Ganz im Sinne unserer Familientradition: gemeinsam arbeiten, gemeinsam leben, gemeinsam genießen.

A special tribute to oenologists Matija Kociper, Lidija Ruška, and the entire team of winegrowers and winemakers who worked at the Ormož Winery in 1993.

More than three decades ago, they created one of the greatest treasures of our Archive Collection.

Today, 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟑 has made history with a perfect 100-point score at the Vino Slovenija Gornja Radgona competition and a Decanter Platinum Medal, proving that the white wines of the Jeruzalem-Ormož Hills possess the strength, elegance, and character to age beautifully for decades.

This historic achievement is a tribute to the people whose passion, knowledge, and dedication made it possible. 💛

On 𝟏𝟕 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭, we kicked off this year's harvest with 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐲, 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜 – the first grapes picked for our traditional method sparkling wines.🍇

The harvest start date is officially set! 🎉

This week, we sampled grapes several times to assess their optimal ripeness and determine the perfect time to begin the harvest. How does grape sampling work? 🤔

👉 We press the grapes to extract the juice, which is then used for analysis.
👉 We use a refractometer to measure the sugar level.
👉 We measure the acidity.
👉 We use a pH meter to measure the pH level.
👉 Based on the results, our oenologists, Luka and Darija, make the final decision.
