V soboto 13. in nedeljo 14. junija lepo vabljeni na dneve odprtih vrat zeliščnih kmetij in vrtov Istre. Dogodek poteka peto leto zapored, letos pa prvič sodeluje tudi naša kmetija kjer bomo predstavili regenerativne pristope kmetovanja ter pomen zelišč z vidika povečanja biodiverzitete.
Voden ogled bo potekal v soboto 13.6. ob 16:00, ogled pa bomo zaključili z vodeno degustacijo našega ekološkega ekstra deviškega oljčnega olja - pri tem bomo odkrivali tipične značilnosti Istrskih olj, kako prepoznavamo kvalitetno olje ter kako ga uporabljamo v kulinariki, tudi v kombinaciji z zelišči.

Herbal farms and gardens of Istria are opening their doors on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June! The event is taking place for the fifth year in a row, and this year our farm is joining in.
On Saturday 13th June at 16:00 welcome to our olive groves to learn about regenerative farming practices and the importance of herbs for increased biodiversity.
We will conclude the day with guided tasting of our organic extra virgin olive oil to discover typical caracteristics of Istrian olive oil, its health benefits and how to include olive oil in daily cuisine on its own and in combination with herbs.
