We’re so honored that Lou Rochet, the w**emaker of Chateau du Grand Bos in Graves, is spending the weekend in the Ocean State. Lou took the estate over from her grandfather a few years ago and has shifted the viticulture at the chateau, farming biodynamically to make both very classic Graves and an exciting, new style from Bordeaux. **etraditions

Kobal! Loved meeting Bojan and his beautiful family in Štajerska Slovenia. From experiencing the steep hillside vineyards of the Haloze appellation, to visiting Kobal’s small but productive w**ery and cellar, to an incredible meal with thoughtful and thought-provoking pairings and the sunset and dj (with an assist from members of the SloCro Crew after dinner) joining the gathering, the evening was a definite highlight of the trip. **es
