Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence – A New Chapter Begins

This year marks a proud milestone for TAS Stores.
25 years of dedication, growth, and excellence. For a quarter of a century, we have remained committed to serving our communities, supporting farmers, and building sustainable value across Sierra Leone.

As part of our 25th anniversary, we are excited to introduce a groundbreaking initiative that reflects our vision for the future.

In partnership with Africell, we have launched Cocoa Money, a solution integrated within the Afri Money system. This innovation is designed to simplify financial access for farmers, agents, and sub-agents by reducing risk, saving time, and minimizing the challenges associated with traditional cash transactions.

Why Cocoa Money matters:

-Faster access to payments and financial services
-Reduced need for physical cash handling

Our Promise of the donation we mentioned earlier has been distributed to our brothers & sisters Sierraleonean farmers that are the most needy.

In times of COVID-19, it's even more vital that we not only support cocoa communities in our own supply chain but also come together with others in the cocoa industry to have maximum impact.

We got the most valuable responds from our farmers showing their signs of appreciation and how much it means to them.

We hope other companies or private personnel in Sierra leone will be motivated and driven to do such acts, as it is the most needed time to do so.

TAS Stores donates rice, Sugar and Salt to the Rural communities and villages for the fight against Covid-19 and for the holy month of Ramadan.

The presentation was done by the CEO Mr Amin Skaikay accompanied by the Resident Minister of eastern province, the Mayor, the DMO and the representative of the Paramount Chief.

The donation consisted of :

1,000 bags of rice
1,000 pkts of Sugar, and
1,000 pkts of salt.
