The items imported from the region can be cheaply produced within the country. Which could result into lower prices.
More efforts needed to be put to modernise the livestock industry, the country is blessed with millions of cows and ready market for its products both crops and livestock.

In May 2018, I embarked on how to produce cheap and health eggs from local breeds of chicken. Using scraps and local materials for chicken shed.
I begun with 10 hens and 1 c**k. Today the dream has materialised the number increased to 70.
The hens lays an egg everyday with simple feed supplements, disease and parasite control.
Anyone can eat sustainably.

In May 2018 we started with 20 indigenous chicken in improved practices. The results so far so good, egg laying is superb.
