More than a coffee farm, a living ecosystem 💚

13/05/2026

Hidden in the mountains of El Trifinio, our cabins were created as part of a living ecosystem surrounded by forest, coffee fields and wildlife. A place where mornings begin with birds, afternoons end with sunsets from our viewpoints, and nights gather around the fire beneath the stars.

Over time, El Conacaste has also become a setting for creative projects and meaningful gatherings.

We host retreats, photo and video shoots, intimate events and brand launches for those looking for something more authentic than a traditional venue.

Because some ideas are born differently when nature becomes part of the experience ✨️

This elusive nocturnal ringtail cat 🐺 moves through the trees and along the forest floor, playing its role in the ecosystem that surrounds our coffee plots 🌱 Here you can see it at one of our bird feeders.

Have you ever seen one in the wild? 🌙🌲

A deer at night, wandering quietly inside our Java plot. He pauses. Smells the ripe cherries. And keeps walking. We share this land 🌱🦌

Sustainability is not just certifications or processes.
It is learning to coexist. To observe without disturbing. To produce without displacing.

Here at El Conacaste, the coffee grows under shade, under patience, and under the watchful presence of wildlife.

We are more than a coffee farm ✨️☕️

Seen from above, our greenhouses remind us that every harvest starts with care and patience 🤓
We are getting ready for the next one 🫡
Next month, the work of an entire year comes together 🤗

The first colors of the season. Yellow Bourbon at El Conacaste is always the earliest to ripen, reminding us that every harvest has its own rhythm. Next year's harvest is on its way 🌲🟡🌲

Life reveals itself in cycles. In our nursery, these young Gesha seedlings remind us that everything begins quietly, with patience and care. Each leaf is a small promise of what will come, shaped by time, seasons and intention.

At El Conacaste we honor these rhythms. We listen to the land. We grow with it. And we trust that what starts as a seed will one day become something extraordinary 🌱✨☕️

A quiet visit from a gray fox. Its presence is a gentle reminder of the healthy ecosystems that thrive at El Conacaste ✨️🦊☕️

Green cherries glowing under the shade, birds singing overhead, and insects dancing on the leaves 🦗🍃 Every detail reminds us that coffee grows best when nature is in harmony 💧💫
