CHAMPAGNE LARMANDIER-BERNIER PREMIER CRU EXTRA BRUT “ROSÉ DE SAIGNÉE” NV 🥂✨

In a world where many Rosé Champagnes are made by blending for color, Larmandier-Bernier takes a different path.
This is not a rosé created in the cellar ❌ — but one born in the vineyard 🌿

Crafted using the Saignée method, Pinot Noir is left to macerate on its skins, naturally extracting color, aroma, and true character 💯

เมื่อพูดถึงเรื่องราวของ แคว้น Pfalz ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางทางตอนใต้ของเยอรมนี ที่นี่มีโรงไวน์เก่าแก่อยู่ในหมู่บ้าน Birkweiler... ที่นั่นคือWineryของ Weingut Dr. Wehrheim
ที่ได้ตั้งปณิธานไว้ว่า “เราจะไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงธรรมชาติ แต่เราจะทำให้ธรรมชาติเปล่งประกายที่”

วันนี้ยกตัวอย่างไวน์จาก Ministry of Clouds ที่ร้าน The Wine Merchant Shop มาให้เพื่อนๆได้รู้จักกันค่ะ

1. Ministry of Clouds McLaren Vale Shiraz ตัวชูโรงของแบรนด์ โดยเฉพาะ Blewitt Springs Single Vineyard (ฉลากดำ) จะเป็นไวน์ระดับพรีเมียมที่เน้นความละเอียดอ่อน ไม่หนักหรือโอ๊คจ๋าเหมือน Shiraz ออสเตรเลียสมัยก่อน✨

2. Ministry of Clouds McLaren Vale Grenache เป็นอีกตัวของแบรนด์นี้ดังมาก เขาทำGrenache ออกมาให้ดื่มง่าย มีความสดใส (Vibrant) และมีกลิ่นอายของผลไม้สีแดงชัดเจน🍒🍓

3. Ministry Of Clouds Adelaide Hills LDR โดย LDR ย่อมาจาก “Light Dry Red” เป็นการเบลนด์ที่เน้นความสดชื่น ดื่มเพลินๆ ใช้การผสมผสานขององุ่นอย่าง Pinot Noir + Syrah + Gamay ในสไตล์ที่ทันสมัย🤤

4. Ministry of Clouds Kintsugi (McLaren Vale) เป็นไวน์รุ่นพิเศษที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากศิลปะญี่ปุ่น เป็นการนำเอาองุ่นจากแปลงที่ดีที่สุด (Old Vine) มาเบลนด์เข้าด้วยกัน และไม่ใช่แค่ไวน์เบลนด์ธรรมดา แต่เป็นการคัดเลือกเฉพาะถัง (Barrels) ที่ดีที่สุดของปีนั้นๆ มาประกอบกัน เหมือนการซ่อมเครื่องปั้นดินเผาด้วยทองตามปรัชญาญี่ปุ่น เพื่อสร้างสิ่งที่ “สมบูรณ์แบบกว่าเดิม” มักจะเป็นไวน์ Limited Production อย่างวินเทจ 2022 ระบุว่าผลิตเพียง 1,202 ขวดเท่านั้น 😲✨

5. Ministry of Clouds Adelaide Hills Chardonnay ตัวนี้คือความภูมิใจของแบรนด์ที่ต้องการฉีกภาพจำของ Chardonnay ออสเตรเลียสมัยก่อนที่มักจะหนักโอ๊คและเลี่ยน
เน้นความ ”Refined & Precise“ ⛰️

6. Ministry of Clouds Clare Valley Riesling จากแหล่งปลูก Riesling ที่ดีที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของโลก และ Ministry of Clouds ก็ทำออกมาได้ในสไตล์ “Modern Classic” เน้นความ ”Bone Dry & Crunchy“ 🍋

นอกจากนี้บนฉลากของไวน์ Ministry of Clouds ยังมีความพิเศษคือ ”บนฉลากไวน์ทุกขวด จะมีปรัชญาจากผู้ผลิต“ 📖 เพราะต้องการสื่อสารกับคนดื่มว่า “ไวน์ไม่ใช่สินค้าที่ผลิตจากโรงงาน แต่เป็นผลงานศิลปะที่มีชีวิต” การอ่านปรัชญานี้ระหว่างจิบไวน์ จะช่วยให้เราเข้าถึงรสชาติได้ลึกซึ้งขึ้น เพราะเรารู้ว่าไวน์ในแก้วนั้นคือ “การพยายามทำส่วนที่คุมได้ให้ดีที่สุด” ของมนุษย์คนหนึ่ง ท่ามกลางความแปรปรวนของธรรมชาตินั่นเองค่ะ⛰️☁️🍷
