Clams deserve more attention...

A proper Spaghetti Vongole, our Guazzetto di Cozze, Vongole e Fregola, or if you spot it on the specials board… whole fish with clams, tomatoes, olives and potatoes (one of our personal favourites and one we always get excited to see return).

They bring sweetness, depth and that unmistakable taste of the sea. If you’ve never tried clams before, maybe this is your sign.

Our Wagyu & Black Cod Experience brought together premium ingredients, carefully selected wines and a menu created especially for the occasion by Chef Leandro and the team. In collaboration with Jagota Thailand & Garage Co., Ltd..

Working with exceptional suppliers and producers allows us to explore flavours, techniques and ingredients that don't always feature on our regular menu. It's a chance to get creative, showcase something unique and give our guests a dining experience that's a little different from the everyday.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our guest, .lux, for capturing these beautiful photos from the evening.

While the special event may be over, the restaurant is still busy as ever. If you'd like to join us for dinner this week, we recommend sending us a DM to reserve your table.

Our Linguine ai Frutti di Mare is packed with fresh local seafood, prawns, clams, calamari and mussels, tossed through homemade linguine with chilli, white wine and a rich tomato sauce.

Our Wagyu & Black Cod Experience on Wednesday 27 May is a one-night-only 6-course dinner created by Chef Leandro and the team, built around some of the world’s finest ingredients, supplied by premium ingredient specialists Jagota Thailand.

From French Special Geay oysters and smoked black cod tacos to charcoal grilled striploin and 36-hour slow-cooked Wagyu cheek with black truffle and Madeira jus, every course has been designed to showcase flavour, balance and exceptional produce at its very best.
