Dear All Friends,
As you know, the Decoy’s Bar, Sadao Road near the Buzztop, has been closed for a while and is up for Sale. Due to my current Health, we need funds to continue to pay for my Treatment and we need to liquidate it.
For these Reasons, we propose to sell the Bar (Building) & all Accessories (see attached pictures + Water Tank & Pump) for 200,000THB. Rent for both sides is 11,500 THB/Month, might be able to split (6,000 for the internal part, 5,500 for the external part).
Note that you can make any change to the Building as you want without the Owner Approval.
