Mineral salt is salt+mineral.
It is free option for our goats.
They can eat when they want or their body need it more.

We mix some mineral in their feed but only for minimum requirement. Because if it exeed, it will be problem.
But if it lack, goats can eat more by themself.

Yuru is our new cheese.
It has a hint of fish sauce and savory of tropical fruit.
It sounds strange but it's taste is so beautiful.

Life on a small farm teaches us something simple. Limited resources don't stop us.

They push us to think differently, work harder,more patient, and more creative with what we have.

The journey is slower, and sometimes harder.
But every small step feels meaningful because we know how much it took to get there.

They are quietly shaping us into better cheese maker.
