เรื่อง: คณะทำงาน Happy 8 และ Health Literacy Organization (HLO) ร่วมนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพนักงาน
🗓 เมื่อวันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะทำงาน Happy 8 และ Health Literacy Organization (HLO) ของบริษัท ไทยนิปปอนฟู้ดส์ จำกัด ได้เป็นผู้แทนบริษัทเข้าร่วมนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพนักงาน ภายใต้โครงการ Healthy & Happy Workplaces: การป้องกันปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่คุกคามสุขภาวะในกลุ่มประชาชนวัยทำงาน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ ประจำปี 2569 ณ โรงแรม ทีเค พาเลซ แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น แจ้งวัฒนะ
การนำเสนอครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นต่อคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ซึ่งเป็นที่ปรึกษาโครงการด้าน Health Literacy Organization (HLO) และ Healthy & Happy Workplaces โดยมีสถานประกอบการต้นแบบรวม 4 แห่ง ร่วมนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงาน แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และแบ่งปันแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพนักงาน
ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา บริษัทได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ภายใต้นโยบาย Happy 8 และ Health Literacy Organization (HLO) อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากพนักงานทุกฝ่ายเป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งผลการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวได้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของบริษัทในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย และคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของพนักงาน
การเข้าร่วมนำเสนอในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะเป็นโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับสถานประกอบการอื่นแล้ว ยังเป็นการรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของบริษัท และต่อยอดความร่วมมือกับโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานีในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้น

Subject: Happy 8 & Health Literacy Organization (HLO) Working Committee Presented the Company’s Health Promotion Initiatives
🗓 On 5 August 2026, the Happy 8 & Health Literacy Organization (HLO) Working Committee of Thai Nippon Foods Co., Ltd. represented the company in presenting our workplace health promotion initiatives under the Healthy & Happy Workplaces Project: Prevention of Health Risk Factors among the Working-age Population for Healthy Ageing 2026 at TK Palace & Convention Hotel, Bangkok.
The presentation was delivered to a panel of experts from Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, the project’s academic advisor for the Health Literacy Organization (HLO) and Healthy & Happy Workplaces programs. Four model organizations participated in the event to share their experiences, exchange best practices, and discuss effective approaches to promoting employee health and well-being.
Under the Company’s Happy 8 & Health Literacy Organization (HLO) Policy, Thai Nippon Foods has continuously implemented health promotion activities with the active participation and cooperation of employees across the organization. These initiatives reflect our commitment to creating a healthy, safe, and supportive workplace while enhancing employees’ quality of life.
The event also provided an excellent opportunity to receive valuable feedback and recommendations from healthcare professionals, which will help us further strengthen our workplace health initiatives and continue our collaboration with Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital.
