Hand cured and traditionally smoked in small batches using techniques refined with over 35 years of curing and smoking experience, they're packed with rich, authentic smoky flavour.

They're perfect for pea & ham soup, rich homemade stocks, slow-cooked beans... or the Smokey way – piled into a fresh bread roll with hot gravy and a side of crispy fries. 🤤

Yesterday we made a fresh batch of our 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼, and for the next couple of days you can grab them 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻.

Made right here in our FDA-approved factory using quality pork, these sausages have a gentle warmth balanced with a touch of natural honey sweetness. They're perfect on the BBQ, in pasta, sliced onto pizza, or simply served with mash and vegetables.

We’re making room for a new and improved English Breakfast Patty!

After quite a few customers asked for a slightly larger patty that fits better inside an English muffin, we listened and went back to the drawing board.

Our new patties will be:
